Deconstructed Ground Thai Chicken Lettuce Wrap
Aka – Ground Thai Chicken Salad, but deconstructed lettuce wrap sounds so much fancier! Adding Ground Sweet Thai Ground Chicken has been a very tasty addition to my salads. Mighty Spark’s
Mighty Spark’s Sweet Thai Ground Chicken is seasoned with ginger, cilantro, Kaffir, lime, curry, shallots, Thai chili peppers and honey. It has a little bit of heat kick that adds even more flavor to my deconstructed lettuce wrap.
To make your deconstructed ground Thai chicken lettuce wrap, brown your meat in a pan and chop a variety of fresh veggies. I also add chopped almonds and dried edamame to add additional crunch to it.
Deconstructed Ground Thai Chicken Lettuce Wrap
Ingredients
- Mighty Spark Ground Sweet Thai Style Chicken
- fresh kale
- Butter Lettuce
- Romaine Lettuce
- Carrots
- Cucumbers
- Grape Tomatoes
- Green Onions
- Strawberries
- Chopped Almond
- Dried Edamame
- *Peanut Dressing If Desired
Instructions
- Brown your Mighty Spark Ground Sweet Thai Style Chicken in a pan. Chop a variety of fresh veggies and fruits to add to your salad. Top your chopped veggies and fruit with Mighty Spark Ground Sweet Thai Style Chicken. For an added flavor kick, add a tablespoon of your favorite peanut dressing.
Place all of your chopped fruits, veggies and nuts into your bowl and add your Mighty Spark’s Sweet Thai Ground Chicken to the top of your salad. The meat is so juicy and flavorful that you don’t need to add any additional dressing to your deconstructed lettuce wrap.
