I’ve been buying Marimekko duvets from Crate and Barrel for years. The prints are whimsical, relaxing and comforting all at the same time. My bedroom is a bright and happy place thanks to Marimekko.
So, you can image how excited I was to discover that Banana Republic was creating a Marimekko collection! Banana Republic chose five bold, modern, and summer inspired prints to create a limited edition 27 piece collection. All of these prints were created on all natural fabrics.
Siirtolapuutarha is my favorite pattern used by Banana Republic. I am immediately drawn to the bright and bold colors and patterns. I can imagine listening to the waves while relaxing on the outdoor patio of a beachside restaurant while wearing the Hampton Shorts in this print.
And this midi skirt is absolutely fabulous! I swear it’s screaming my name!
I would love to purchase an outfit in each one of these prints. They are absolutely beautiful!
