I don’t know about you, but I loathe Mondays. The weekend is over, sleeping in is not an option and I have to play chauffeur to cheap-o bosses, aka, my children.
So, I have decided to begin Muscle Monday as motivation to help you get through the day. Whenever you are feeling overwhelmed, tired or need a quick pick-me-up, I hope you think of this post and it brings a little smile to your face.
