We have gone through a lot of diapers in the past nine years. I’ve discovered that the way a diaper fits and protects a boy is so much different than how it protects a girl. My son always leaked out the back and my girls spill over the top.
With my son I used Huggies. These diapers did a good job of keeping him dry and preventing any blowouts or leaks.
When I used Huggies on my oldest daughter, I had blowout after blowout. With my littlest one we were given Huggies in the hospital to use. Sadly, she and I were constantly being leaked on from day one.
Yuck!
I’ve been using Pampers diapers on my 6-month-old daughter since leaving the hospital. I loved Pampers Swaddlers diapers. Swaddlers do an excellent job of holding in newborn blowouts and keeping your baby dry.
Pampers Baby Dry diapers I didn’t have great luck with. She and I were used to be covered in poop and pee. There were times you would find both of us crying because a dirty diaper meant we were both covered in what the diaper didn’t hold. Mega grossness!
I liked Pampers Cruisers diapers when my oldest daughter wore them five years ago. I was pretty sure Cruisers would be successful for my littlest one.
