Holidays are always stressful. Whether it’s trying to find the perfect gift, fighting the crowds and rude people, or unfortunately the lack of spending money, you are sure to find a moment of frustration. Here are a few things you can do to help ease your way through any stressful situation.    Be cheerful. It deflates other stress and anxiety.  Be flexible. Don’t stress when expectations are not met.  Push away negativity of any kind. Think happy thoughts and count your blessings. Silence your phone at night. Sing Christmas carols with your kids. Have a date night with your honey instead of checking your BlackBerry. Give yourself "me" time. Eat right and exercise, it will do wonders for your mood. Keeping red hair a vibrant hue is difficult. It is the fastest color to fade. I recently dyed my hair from golden blond, to a rich radiant auburn. I love it! I have green eyes and fair skin. The red really makes my eyes pop. I changed my hair color for several reasons. I have long hair and refuse to cut it. An easy way to change the look, color it. Voila! New style. I also switched colors as a way to save money in this down economy. No visible re-growth means fewer trips to the salon. Cha-Ching! My wonderful stylist Brooke did an amazing job. When I went in for the transformation, the lady at the station next to me was questioning my choice of going red. I wasn’t worried, I was excited. Brooke wanted to surprise me and not show my new hair until everything was finished....
