I love the Olay Professional Pro-X Advanced Cleansing System. This little brush does wonders for my skin. I used to have a Clean and Clear blackhead eraser, but it was discontinued. I’ve always wanted a  Clarisonic brush, but at $150 I had to find  a frugal option.

Since purchasing my Olay Professional Pro-X brush, I have received numerous comments on my skin looking great. My husband said my skin looked younger too! So if my husband noticed a difference, the man in your life will too!

The Olay Professional Pro-X Advanced Cleansing System is a great deal on Amazon for $26.

For years I have used St Ives Apricot Scrub Blemish & Blackhead Control. Other than noticing my blackheads would be more noticeable if I didn’t use it, I didn’t get any real  results from the product. I have always liked Philosophy products, so I was excited when I stumbled upon Philosophy Microdelivery Exfoliating Wash.

I thought about trying the more expensive brands of exfoliators, but settled on Philosophy Microdelivery Exfoliating Wash. I am very happy with the results. Philosophy Microdelivery Exfoliating Wash does not contain large chunks of apricot like St Ives Apricot Scrub Blemish & Blackhead Control, but the results are 10 times better.

One time for delivery from Amazon is $25, but if you Subscribe and Save it becomes $21.25. I highly recommend Subscribe and Save and will do another post on this later.

Formula 10.0.6 So Totally Clean is the most amazing toner I have purchased. It is really inexpensive too! I found it at Ulta for $5.99. I have used toners ranging in prices from $15 – $30 and these toners do not compare to Formula 10.0.6 So Totally Clean.

My skin feels so clean and refreshed after each swipe of the cotton ball containing Formula 10.0.6 So Totally Clean. I think you can actually feel your skin breath, pores tighten, and oil fade away after each use of Formula 10.0.6 So Totally Clean.

For $6 how can you go wrong?

For a long time I did not apply moisturizer to my skin since I moved to Florida. My former normal skin type has turned oily with the humidity found in the Sunshine state. I realized the older I get, the more my skin needs a moisturizer to fight wrinkles and the signs of aging.

Formula 10.0.6 Matte-Finish Moisturizer, is an oil-free moisturizer containing bamboo extract to soak up excess oil. The result is a soft, smooth and shine-free complexion that lasts the entire day. I only use a tiny amount in the morning, but I apply it liberally in the evening.  Formula 10.0.6 Matte-Finish Moisturizer gives my skin much needed dose of moisturizer, without leaving my skin oily and shiny.

I finish my twice-a-day routine with Clean & Clear Persa-Gel 10. Clean & Clear Persa-Gel 10 dries the extra oil your skin produces. This oil is what leads to blackheads and pimples. I use Clean & Clear Persa-Gel 10 twice-a-day, but you have to build your skin’s tolerance for the product. Clean & Clear Persa-Gel  10 will dry your skin, but that’s the goal!

Warning, Clean & Clear Persa-Gel 10 contains benzoyl peroxide and will bleach your clothes. Wait a few minutes and make sure Clean & Clear Persa-Gel 10 is dry before putting a shirt on. Your clothes will thank me.

My routine is simple and relatively inexpensive. I’ve noticed a change in my skin using these products. The good news, even a girl on budget can have Hollywood glamorous skin.

My 4-year-old son is an artist. Throughout our house his art work is displayed. We have original drawings of houses taped to our dining room wall. In our living room, we have a beautiful rendition of Christmas trees. He has a wonderful imagination.

I love his creativity. For Christmas I asked my mother-in-law for an easel as a gift for him. The reviews are not so great for the easels that look great and have everything I want. Plus, my husband hates toys that clutter. I’m sure he will love the kitchen my family purchased for our kids.
