Hello, Sunshine! I’ve completed week two of Kayla Itsines’ Bikini Body Guide. I’m all pumped and ready go when I begin each workout session and by the end I’m counting down how many reps I have left to do. This program exhausts me.
Bikini Body Guide Week Two
I felt like this week was a lot of cardio and I hate cardio. In reality only one day was dedicated to it, but still. The bikini body guide is supposed to only take you 30 minutes to complete, but with Lulu climbing on top of me every time I’m preparing for commandos it ends up taking me an hour.
I continued completing each circuit three times. Next week I might try timing myself to make sure I’m getting enough reps in and not cheating myself on anything. I want to transform myself and not waste my time.
I’m starving at the end of the day. Hopefully, that means I’m burning more calories and not just starving.
I’m a Terrible Jump Roper
No really. I suck at it. I get the rope stuck in my hair, my timing is off and by the time my two minutes of jumping rope is over I have to detangle myself at least a dozen times. Here’s to hoping I get better soon!
I don’t know if my body has transformed at all which is frustrating. I’ve been taking weekly pictures to see if there’s any difference, but I don’t see any. I know, I know. Baby steps.
