Hello, Sunshine! I did it! I stuck to a workout routine for a whole month. This is quite an accomplishment for me. Maybe it’s because I paid for this guide that I’m determined to do it. And, I really want lean muscles. Here’s my update on Kayla Itsines’ Bikini Body Guide week four.
Bikini Body Guide Week Four
Week four is a repeat of week two. I still performed four rounds of each circuit. I need to focus on not taking such long breaks between exercises, but I’m usually removing Lulu from my back or tummy. She’s a mama’s girl for sure.
We’re Still Not Friends
Yeah, the jump rope is not my amigo. He’s more like my enemy. I’m either detangling the rope from my hair, dragging Lulu away from getting smacked with it, or hitting the ceiling with every rotation. Seriously, jumping rope shouldn’t be so hard.
Rain, Rain Go Away
It’s been a challenge to get my L.I.S.S. training in. It’s been pouring here. I’m used to never-ending rain, but it’s been crazy. I finally gave up and went for a power in walk in the rain. I used to love walking in the rain in Colorado, but here it’s like walking in a steamy shower. Maybe I should just put a treadmill in the bathroom for the same experience.
More to Lose = Faster Results?
I’m not noticing any drastic changes. JD said it’s because I’m not overweight or out of shape, it’s just that I need to define my muscles. I’ll take it and even if he’s lying to me, he made me feel better about my lack of muscles.
