Hello, Sunshine! Spring Break is over and as promised, we spent our vacation at Disney’s water parks and the beach. Bikini season is in full bloom! There’s one thing I’ve concluded from four days of wearing nothing but swimwear – I need to perk up the booty. My prior workout did nothing to improve my bum.
I’m issuing a simple challenge to myself and anyone who wants to join in – get an amazing bikini booty by completing 3295 squats in 30 days! I can easily make time to complete this task. Are you willing to dedicate 30 days to an amazing bikini booty?
Just Say NO to the Mom Butt!
I really, really don’t want a flat, pancake, lifeless butt. We all know the stereotypical mom butt and I’m being honest, I would cry if I walked around looking like this:

30 days to an amazing bikini booty is easily broken down into three days of squats with a day of rest for 30 days.
Squatting is a great all around exercise for your entire body. Squats can make you faster, stronger, improve bone density and of course, lift and tone your booty!
