Reebok’s EasyTone – Does it Work?
You’ve seen the commercials, but does the shoe tone your lower body? Reebok claims:
EasyTone is designed to help give definition to your legs and butt. Simply walk and let the balance pods under your shoe do the rest. The slight instability created by the pods forces your muscles to work a little harder, toning up as you strut. The more you walk, the more you’ll tone. Technically speaking your gluteal gluteus maximus will get 25% more of a workout. And your hamstrings and claves will have to try 11% harder.*
My sister purchased these shoes for me as Christmas gift from Shoebuy.com. I have been griping about my body since the birth of my daughter. The tennis shoes I had were 5 1/2 years old, so it was definitely time to get a new pair.
First off, the shoes are much cuter than it looks in the picture. I was scared it would look like a grandma walking shoe, but it looks more like a basketball shoe. She purchased the white and kiwi EasyTone Go Outside for me. I love green and the shoe is attractive.
But, and it is a hurtful but, the shoe was so hard to break-in. I have high arches so tennis shoes bother my feet in general, but it is nearly a month later and the shoes are finally breaking-in.
I felt awful. My sister spent all this money on these shoes and I don’t know if I can wear them. Thankfully, the shoes are breaking-in. They are comfortable enough to wear everyday for my family walk.
I have noticed a slight sting in the back of my legs so they must be helping. Today is the first day I noticed a burn in my calves and lower tush. With a little more aggressive walking and duration in the shoes, I believe they will aide in toning my legs. 
Remember, you have to wear the shoes and work-out with them to see a result. I live in Florida and live in flip-flops so I am considering purchasing the pink EasyTone flip-flops.

I bought the sketchers brand. I don’t really feel anything. But they rock as far as comfort, if you stand on yr feet a lot.
